First questions is when tool is connected to air is their a gushing leak? Most likely it is coming out nose or the trigger. Most likely a simple O-Ring kit will fix, as it is leaking are around the internal cylinder. If it is holding air fine and trigger fail to "fire" it will probably the trigger assembly. I would say lets do the O-Ring First. That will need to be done, even with or with out trigger replacement part. It is the first thing to go in a tool. The KT-BO-140 kit is the best deal. This is what we use in the shop to service tools and it saves some money over the Bostitch Kit. www.speedynails.com/Merchant2/merchant.mvc?Screen=CTGY&Store_Code=SN&Category_Code=acc_parts_o_bosWe also can so the O-Ring service for you $35 including the parts. Frt is like $9

Does it leak are when plugged in? if no see below That n62 is a great tool. But it is picky on what nail you use. The Bostitch n62 and fastener is at a slightly different angle than most. IF the tool is firing but not putting out a nail I would pull the magazine off and make sure there is nothing jamming the nail track.

YES THe N62FN is NOT the standard 15 gauge nails like Senco & the other brands use. They will NOT feed or will jam up the driver blade if they do happen to get into the nose. if it has teh Letters DA and then a number on the box of nails it will NOT FIT this tool.

I bought an ATRO Framing Air Nailer for $50.00 bucks. Looks brand new. I bought some clip headed nails, 33 deg. Applied air and started shooting. It shot 2 nails at a time. Then it quit shooting altogether and air was going everywhere. Turns out, I was using the wrong nails. Should have been using 28 degree, full head nails. The driver got stuck, I banged it back in and now all it does is release air. Any ideas as to what's wrong?? Maybe a KT-BO-140 kit?

I have a Bostitch T26 pneumatic stapler that I need repair parts for. It used to be a great little stapler. I think my stapler needs a main and trigger seal/bumper kit. It is gushing air out the exhaust and won't return. This model has been discontinued and no longer supported by Bostitch (now Stanley Bostitch). I have searched the internet for sources but no luck. Do you know of any other scources of parts and schematics?
